How do I retrieve my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Register/Login screen under My Account and enter your email in the Forgot Your Password box. A new password will then be sent to your email inbox. 

How do I delete my account from your records?
We are sorry you want to leave us. While we cannot delete accounts from our records, we can disable your account and ensure you do not receive any communication from us in the future. Please contact us in writing. You may send us a letter at:

How can I locate a previous order of mine?
Locating orders is easy. Simply log in to your account and click on Order History. We only store online order history for two years. If you need further information, please contact us.

How can I create my own account?
You can easily create a new account by clicking here. We will take you to our sign-up form where we will ask for some personal information. Don't worry, your personal information is secure with us. Please read our Privacy Policy to see how we protect your information.

How can I add or modify the addresses I ship to?
If you need to add or change any of your shipping addresses or your billing address, simply sign in to your account and click on the Address Book. Your billing address is your default address.
