Healing with the Four Elements: A Shamanic Exploration

The Four Elements - Fire, Air, Water, and Earth - are fundamental forces shaping our world both externally and internally. This workshop will give you a chance to step into a deep shamanic relationship with each of these elements, and see how they can be harnessed for healing and growth.

• Connect with your spiritual support team in new ways and open the doors to your innate connection with these incredible and timeless forces
• Discover how to work with Fire, and its ability to warm, inspire, and quickly transform, as it reaches up towards the heavens
• Be inspired with Air, and its immediate and constant connection to the external world 
• Let go and flow with Water, as it reflects back who you are and highlights the actual path of least resistance 
• Ground and connect with your ancestors through Earth

Each of these have tremendous power and teachings to offer. This class will help you learn who these beings are and how to work with them safely and respectfully. 

This is an experiential workshop! Please bring something to write with and write on, and a blindfold or eye mask to cover your eyes. You may also wish to have a blanket with you for comfort and warmth, and a yoga mat to rest on if you choose to journey lying down (chairs will be provided, so this is optional!).
