- Try not to eat at least 2 hours prior to the event (something light, if you need to eat) and be sure to come hydrated.
- Wear clothing that is loose around your abdomen.
- Please BRING a blanket, yoga mat and pillow.

Breathwork is a somatic, meditative journey enabling access to all sorts of new-found realms. You may find yourself with the potential for a pathway to the mystical and, healing as you expand far beyond the scope of other meditations.

Lisa Jones
Lisa Jones is an Internationally-recognized Conscious Breathing Practitioner since 1998; teaching thousands of individuals on four continents & supporting their journeys into the body/mind realm. Her belief is that when we breathe consciously as a community the amount of healing that takes place is phenomenally amplified for us, our loved ones and the planet.
Lisa recently returned from living for 6 years in Ecuador, where she led retreats and began a sustainable farm. In her spare time she continued writing BREATHING BECOMES YOU, secrets to more vitality and energy than you ever experienced deep down to the core of your very being!
