End of the Year Meditation for Charity
David Sholemson
Online
7:00 pm-8:00 pm EST
- Please Note: This year, all proceeds will be donated to the Greater Boston Food Bank, the largest hunger relief organization in New England and among the largest food banks in the country. Across Eastern Massachusetts, one in three neighbors is facing hunger this year. Your donation is much appreciated and needed.
I hope you will join us for this special night as we come together for our annual end-of-year meditation. We will meditate and reflect on the goals we had for 2024 as we move forward and set our intentions for what we really want for 2025.
Please have a pen, paper, and envelope with you. If possible, have a candle with you as we take this time to reflect. We welcome you and everyone in your family to join in.
David Sholemson
David is an energy healer, qigong teacher and workshop facilitator. His path began in December 2005, after a second knee surgery. He unknowingly wandered into an energy yoga center seeking a massage to help with the pain. Knowing nothing about energy, yoga or healing, he signed up. After practicing for 2 weeks, and receiving energy healing, David “just knew” this was something he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
After many trainings and workshops, under the tutelage of master healer- teacher Chun Shim, he became a Qigong teacher and workshop trainer. After 9 years of practice, he moved on to learn other forms of energy work. He became a Reiki master-teacher, Tong Ren practitioner, studied with qigong master Robert Peng and shaman, Sandra Ingerman. David has spent years studying the teachings of Ram Dass and has integrated what he has learned into his own life and his teachings, all with the intention to help guide others toward a healthier and happier life.

I am offering an eighth class for free for those who sign up for the seven-week series. This class will focus on learning and practicing the new movements we will include in our classes for the Winter session. I will also explain how these movements relate to Traditional Chinese Medicine and how they are helpful.

As we settle into winter, we just want to curl up on the couch and hibernate. Now is the time to begin storing more energy. This winter session will focus on movements to store more energy in the kidneys, the organ that is the powerhouse of the body supplying reserve energy to any organ running low on Qi.
