The mystical Mandala, which is the Sanskrit word for ‘sacred circle,’ has existed in all cultures and religions since the beginning of time. The process of creating mandalas has proven to be a powerful and fascinating pathway for opening and expanding creativity and intuition as well as bringing a feeling of wholeness upon completion.
Experimenting with a variety of mediums, we will explore the hands-on process of Mandala-Making, incorporating meditation, symbolism, and heart-centered and playful expression. Please wear comfy, washable clothes, as we may get just a little messy! All materials will be provided and absolutely no art experience is required!
